80 Series Rearbar - DIY Flatpack

• Constructed from laser-cut and CNC-folded 5mm steel (Minimal welding)

• 10mm chassis mounts / built-in recovery points

• Comes with bolt-on bracing that runs from the wings to the chassis

• All mounting hardware included

• Base Rear Bar Weight - 43kg (Once finished)

• Optional rear qtr hoops

These rear bars are designed to withstand the punishment of the toughest 4WD tracks, with bracing incorporated into the wings and a brace running back into the chassis for protection against heavy impacts. They are one of the highest clearance and slimmest rear bars on the market (whilst retaining the factory rear crossmember)

They are a direct bolt-on fit and can be paired with the factory towbar.
